A More Creative Denmark

The creative industries are one of the future drivers of growth in Denmark, and are yet to realize their full potential. This conference puts growth through creative industries on the national agenda with presentations by Christian Bason and other Danish and International experts.

The creative industries are one of the future drivers of growth in Denmark. More than 85,000 people work in the creative industries and the annual sales have topped 200 billion DKK. This means that the creative industries represents more than 7% of the total turnover and employment in Danish industry.

If the creative industries to a greater extent should provide the power of innovation to production-Denmark, and contribute more to solutions to our societal challenges, then we have to work strategically and we must ensure the right conditions and framework for the creative industries.

Christian Bason from the Danish Design Centre and other Danish and International experts put growth through creative industries on the agenda on a day of presentaions and breakout sessions.
